Sampling
Pre-production samples are developed through our partner network. You receive samples for fit testing, fabric approval, and construction review. No bulk production begins until you give written sign-off.

Sourcing & Procurement
Fabrics and trims are sourced from tested suppliers across Pakistan. Every material batch undergoes lab testing for shrinkage, color fastness, and tensile strength before entering production.

Production Management
