Design & Development
Tech pack review, pattern making, and sample development.
Our design team reviews your tech pack, creates production-ready patterns, and develops initial prototypes. We work with your specifications to ensure perfect fit, construction quality, and material selection before any fabric is cut.
Fabric Sourcing
Material selection from certified mills with lab-tested quality.
We source from a network of certified mills, each vetted for quality, compliance, and reliability. Every fabric batch undergoes lab testing for shrinkage, color fastness, pilling resistance, and tensile strength before approval.
Sample Approval
Pre-production samples for fit, fabric, and construction sign-off.
We produce pre-production samples (PPS) that match your final specifications exactly. You receive samples for fit testing, fabric approval, and construction review. No bulk production begins until written approval is received.
Bulk Production
Full-scale manufacturing with in-line quality checkpoints.
Once samples are approved, we scale to full production with multi-station manufacturing lines. Each station has quality checkpoints — from cutting accuracy to seam strength to stitch count per inch. Real-time tracking keeps you informed at every stage.
Quality Assurance
AQL inspection, measurements audit, and packaging review.
Our QA team conducts AQL 2.5 sampling inspections on completed garments. This includes dimensional measurements, visual inspection, stitching integrity, label placement, and packaging conformity. Defective units are reworked or rejected.
Packing & Labeling
Custom labels, tags, polybags, and carton packing.
Every garment is packed according to your brand's specifications — custom woven labels, hang tags, care labels, polybags, tissue paper, and carton packing with SKU-level accuracy. We support retail-ready and bulk-ship configurations.
Shipping & Delivery
Containerized shipment with real-time tracking to your door.
We handle all export documentation, customs clearance, and freight coordination. Choose from FOB, CIF, or DDP terms. Full container loads or LCL shipments with end-to-end tracking from factory floor to your warehouse.
