— Quality assurance
Quality is not an afterthought
From raw fabric to finished garment, every production stage has measurable quality gates. Our team inspects at every checkpoint across our partner network.
— Quality process
Four pillars of quality control
Our quality framework covers inspection, sampling, testing, and audit — leaving nothing to chance.
In-Line Inspection
Our QC team is present on partner production floors at every stage — cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing. Defects are caught before they compound.
AQL 2.5 Sampling
Statistical sampling at AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor. Every shipment is inspected and signed off before dispatch.
Fabric Lab Testing
Every fabric batch is tested for shrinkage, GSM, color fastness, pilling, and tensile strength before it enters production. Test reports are part of your documentation package.
Pre-Shipment Audit
Full garment audit before container loading — dimensions, labels, packaging, and carton markings verified against your purchase order.
Aligned to global standards
We build our processes on internationally recognized quality, environmental, and social accountability frameworks. Each standard listed here reflects principles we actively apply — not certifications we claim to hold.
Formal certification is on our roadmap. Until then, we are transparent about where we stand: aligned to the standard's principles, with documented processes that can be audited against the framework's criteria.
