AQL 2.5 Sampling
Statistical sampling at AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor. Every shipment is signed off before dispatch.
Fabric Lab Testing
Every fabric batch is tested for shrinkage, GSM, color fastness, pilling, and tensile strength before it enters production.
Pre-Shipment Audit
Full garment audit before container loading — dimensions, labels, packaging, and carton markings verified against your PO.
